If you have done payment via e-payment and got official receipt but MDDC not updated yet, kindly wait for 3 working hours since our Finance will do regular report pulling around that time.
In case MDDC not updated in 3 working hours after you got official receipt, you can contact Maersk Customer Service here.

  Below is the DO type:
  • Online DO (directly transmit data to terminal)
  • Hardcopy DO will be given for terminal without EDI system and for customs purpose

You can refer to Doc Group column to check your BL status,

• Original BL = MSL TPDoc Negotiable Shipped
• Seaway Bill = MSL TPDoc Sea Waybill Shipped
• Telex Release = MSL TPDoc Negotiable Shipped (Doc Group) and Telex Status (Yes)

Please note that BL status mentioned here is updated on ETA-2. Any change to your document type after ETA-2, please check with Maersk Customer Service.
